Concentra Urgent Care

I recently visited Concentra Urgent Care and was impressed by several aspects that matter most to me as a patient. Flexibility, I was able to walk in without an appointment, which was a big plus for my busy schedule. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the visit took 45 minutes. The quick turnaround without sacrificing quality was greatly appreciated. Professionalism, the staff and the clinic maintained a consistently professional demeanor throughout my visit. The environment was orderly, clean, and organized, which contributed to a reassuring experience. Skill, the training of the physicians and nurses was exceptional. I felt confident in the care I received and trusted the expertise of the medical team. The clinicians clearly demonstrated competence and attention to detail

The only reason I didn't give more stars is because of the wait both times I went. A good 30 minutes went by from the time I checked in for a TB test until they administered it. Then when I went back to have it read, I waited through almost a whole episode of Friends that was playing on the TV. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the chairs were pretty comfortable.

Nice, clean facility. A little bit of a wait, but that comes with any Urgent Care. Good location, too!

The ppl were very friendly and willing to help. It was quick and easy. I sat in the waiting room about 5 to 8 min before they called me back. The nurse explained everything to understanding . I did what I needed to do and I was on my way. In all it was a good experience for it being my 1st time there.

I needed to be tested for work. They have a great staff, a quick process, easy sign up, and it's just exactly what you need from them. They're awesome.
