Concentra Urgent Care

I just want to take the time to say thank you to Melissa. After experiencing "I don't know and we don't do that here" from almost everyone in that office including the Dr After 3 months of pain Melissa was compassionate. In 5 minutes she had me scheduled with for a CT scan and a consult with my surgeon. Melissa I can't thank you enough. You are a great example of someone who cared enough to do her job. I wish you the best of everything.

Everything was done in a timely manner from check in, to paperwork on phone, drugscreening and eye exam. Only thing was the wait time for the doctor to come in and do a simple physical that lasted about 10min. I waited for almost a hour and 30min. If the wait time was around 30 min then my visit would of been a 10 out of 10 and excellent staff, all staff very respectful and professional.

From the moment I walked in I had a great experience. The intake guy at the front was very efficient wand effective with his time. Sometimes helping two incoming people at a time in a way that made things go smoother and more quick. Sometimes that is hard to do while still making people feel welcomed, but he knew how to balance it all. When I was called to the bank prior yo seeing the doctor, everything went smoothly, was professional and everything felt very clean. When I was told the Dr. would be with me shortly, this wasn’t the typical (for me at least) where that means 50-60 mins later. He came in soon after and was very nice to talk to, very professional, and you could tell he loves what he does and where he works. I would definitely come here again in the future. The staff was great. A friendly group of competent professionals. I had to wait two hours without an appointment. They got everything done in one visit. Grateful for that. I was told at a 24 hour clinic that the next available appointment was in December and I needed my work physical before that time.

Went here for a DOT physical and its a run down place and the doctor seemed to be like B rated doctors. I was rushed to do this and my mom was just put on hospice two days before this test,I walked in and my blood pressure was done with a little home blood pressure machine that you can buy at Walmart I am a bigger man so a lot of arm cups don't fit but it was 140/100 and I took my meds 30 before I drove there they didn't offer to take it again to see if it would come down a bit,and than I answered on the form you fill out do you take insulin for diabetes I answered yes because EVERY SO OFTEN I might have to but its undercontrol like I haven't had to take insulin for the last to weeks.. He failed me and gave me a list of things for me to get signed off by my primary doctor like a sleep stud
