Concentra Urgent Care

Eileen is such a sweet and wonderful PT. She's thoroughl, patience and knows what exercises or stretches for my.injury. The urgent care facility in Chimo is very clean and staff is very friendly. I also appreciate them asking everyone to was their hands before starting the exercises and it has lockers for us to put our personal items too!

I was really surprised at how fast I got in and out with my D.O.T. physical. Everyone was super professional, and I had one of the funniest doctors. She was so kind and gave me a ton of info about blood pressure and medication. Everyone there, from the checking clerks to the nurses, was top-notch. Hopefully, I'll be able to come see them in another year.

There was a lack of professionalism while coming to this urgent care. The doctor who saw me for my visit did not close the door all the way to allow me to change, nor did he wait for my response in order to enter the room. Moving foreword, I hope that this place takes patient privacy more seriously.

The nurse and doctor were friendly and caring. My only complaint was the front office. She was rude and treated me poorly. Even my husband noticed and commented on it. Maybe she had a rough day.

When I checked in, I was told it would be a 2 to 4 hour wait, which, naturally shocked me. I looked online prior to going, to see if I Could make an appointment and did not notice a place to do that on their site. If I had been given an opportunity to do this as well as other Customers, I would imagine that this would cut down on the wait times.The interaction with the nurse that helped me was a little cold and didn’t express any personality (she was professional). My interaction with the doctor for my physical was great. He conversed, cracked jokes and brought any nerves that I had to a minimum. This was appreciated. I knocked off one and a half stars due to the wait time and a half star for the nurse not having a personality.
