Concentra Urgent Care

Great place! Staff is amazing, very kind and accommodating! Ive noticed that everyone at the front desk always take the time to welcome and people by their names, which made me feel really welcome. Only downside would be wait times, but that’s usual for urgent cares. The staff does their best to move things along quickly.

I had an outstanding experience at Concentra thanks to Jeni, the medical assistant. She has an excellent bedside manner, kind, respectful, and truly knowledgeable. Her professionalism and compassion made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I honestly wish more clinics had team members like her, because it makes such a huge difference in the patient experience. I will always choose this Concentra location because of Jeni and will recommend it to everyone I know.

I came in for a TB test and The card that the nurse filled out for me said to return two days later between 7:50 AM and 10:33 AM. I returned at 9 AM and I was told by the girl at the desk that I had to wait till 1030. She said that the hours I was told were incorrect and I had to sit there for an hour and a half. Can you imagine if I showed up at 7:50 like I was told I could. If I would’ve had to sit there until 1030 it would have been very very upsetting. And I was mad and I asked the girl at the desk to make sure to let the nurse know that she needs to determine what hours people are allowed to come back to have their test read are a little more accurate

The entire team here is incredible. They all remember their patients by name. From reception to PT, to the MAs and doctors, and even their translator, whose services I dont use, they all are so dedicated to my healing and recovery. I am not just "The ACL lady" or "The Short one", they treat me like a whole human, and not as my injury. I wish they sucked at their jobs, just so I heal slower so I can keep coming back. Thank you all so much! 💛

I am not the type of person who usually feels comfortable going to the doctor, but my experience with Jeni at Concentra completely changed that. From the very beginning she treated me with professionalism and respect, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my yearly physical. It is rare to meet someone who can be so efficient while also making a patient feel valued, but Jeni does exactly that. Because of the way she handled my visit I now feel motivated and confident to keep up with my yearly physicals instead of avoiding them. Concentra is very fortunate to have her on their team and I will continue recommending this location to others because of the excellent care she provides.
