Concentra Physical Therapy

I had a great experience here for my pre-employment drug screening. The parking was very convenient and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was in and out quickly, the facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient.

I came here for a pre-employment physical today. I arrived at 9:40 AM and didn’t get called back until 12:20 PM. The actual physical and chest X-ray took less than 10 minutes total. Most of the time was just waiting, including waiting alone in a room for the doctor. From start to finish, the whole visit took about 3 hours and 40 minutes. This was the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a basic exam. I left the building at 1:20 PM. The staff were all friendly and polite, which I appreciated. I just hope the scheduling and wait times can be improved.

Poorly planned out facility. Good customer service. Mexican pop. I’ll start out with the most glaring aspect of this place. It’s poorly planned. I walked all the way to the front from their parking lot near an alley only to find out the entrance is in the rear of the building. Pretty annoying. From the parking lot you don’t see any entrance - at least not where I parked. I guess it makes sense because the lot is in the rear but still. So when I walked to the rear of the building from the front I wasted more time trying to find the entrance. It’s perfectly hidden away from sight in a little alley like area. They have no coat hooks in the bathroom and the room where they did my tb test. Pretty lame. I had to hang my coat on a doorknob and in the bathroom I had to keep my coat on. The young

It’s been over 2.5 hours since I walked in, and I was the first patient to enter. Got here at 7:58am and now it’s past 10:30 am and I still haven’t seen the doctor. Just here for a physical. Was encouraged to do a walk in.. definitely make an appointment and expect it to take at least 1-2 hours or more… Just heard someone complaining about how long they waited despite making an appointment too lol. Staff is nice though. This is the longest I’ve ever waited to be seen by a doctor, and I was the first patient / customer of the day lol. Once I was seen it took about 5 minutes of their time for entire physical. That’s right. I waited 2.5 hours for a 5-10 minute session after being first to enter the building haha

​I have been under Dr. Ghasemi's care for almost three years. Dr. Ghasemi is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon and an even better human being. Beyond his surgical skill, his care and support were truly outstanding. He is incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to fully listen to his patients' issues and concerns, and always treating them with respect and empathy. He successfully performed a back surgery on my son. Knowing his skill and dedication, I wouldn't trust any other surgeon to perform my neck surgery but him. He is a doctor I wholeheartedly recommend. Concentra staff are always made me feel comfortable to ask questions, very friendly and polite with a nice smile.
