Comprehensive Women's Care

My appointment was at 9:15 and I was out by 9:45 . The location is nice and I have been here before in a different floor for physical therapy.I was greeted by friendly staff and my main reason for being here is Dr. Segarra-Rivera. She treated me with such respect as a patient in Englewood hospital, and decided to continue my follow up care with her. Seeing her again for the second time makes me comfortable enough to recommend her. Wherever she goes, whether Englewood outpatient or Secaucus outpatient I will follow for great care.

Very pleased with the environment and staff. Just had my first general appt with Dr. Schlossberg, she was thorough, and answered all my concerns. Not only did I feel comfortable and taken care of by staff but it was easy to book as well, the transparency to accessing all information after my appt through the client portal was very convenient. Would recommended to any women in a heart beat!

The receptionist on call was extremely uncaring and agitated over a simple question about meds (I bleed horribly and require meds, but I've been unable to get a fresh refill due to major illness). Told me that my problems don't "matter," basically shaming me for not having called earlier. Listen, life happens. You of all people shoild understand that, you interact with various patients with all kinds of unique life circumstances. Not all medical circumstances are "should've, could've, would've," it's YOUR job to be understanding, not a know-it-all. If you can't even handle a simple question I sincerely would reconsider careers.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years, and the only reason I stayed this long was because of Dr. Putrusky. She is an exceptional physician—experienced, compassionate, and attentive. Her bedside manner and genuine care are unmatched. Unfortunately, the office staff has consistently been a disappointment and is the reason I’ve decided to start looking for care elsewhere. They are unkind, dismissive, and make patients feel like an inconvenience rather than a priority. I have spent hours waiting well past my scheduled appointment time, only to be met with abrupt and unprofessional behavior. It’s clear the staff does not value their patients. Don't ever ask a question via their portal, unacceptable responses given, again in a way that makes you feel like a bother.

The receptionist was very aggressive and didn’t really let me get a word in. As a receptionist myself that is the first impression of an office and it turned me away completely. Especially because I was calling to schedule an appointment because I’m pregnant. Didn’t feel safe at all. And I understand that you guys are at a new office and things are crazy. But if I literally tell you, you guys come highly recommended to me and this is the energy you’re giving a pregnant lady? You’re gonna miss a lot of opportunities for new patients. It also takes away completely from the recommendation I got. Just thought I’d warn you guys. Update: after reading the reviews yall have been having this issue for a hot minute and don’t seem to do anything about it. Sheesh
