Comprehensive Urgent Care

Excellent care kindness is hard to find in this field but not here. Very grateful for them and their staff was very professional

I went to this facility on Sunday 3/19/22. In the past I have not had good experiences with Urgent Cares so I was hesitant. Right away I noticed how extremely clean it was. The receptionist was extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. I was immediately taken back by the medical assistant with no wait time. Once in a room the doctor came in quickly and I was assessed. They sent over all my medications to pharmacy. Extremely nice and thorough. I am so thankful to know that this facility is so close to my home. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again when needed.

The staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The doctor was very kind and thorough and I felt better within hours. Overall best experience at an urgent care you could ask for!!

Despite telling the doctor that I was nursing, he told me that's irrelevant and prescribed me an antibiotic that im not able to breastfeed on and told me to pump and dump. He was in the room with me MAYBE 2 mins. Ended up going to the ER later that same day due to more facial swelling and increased pain and the ER doctor said he didn't understand why I was prescribed that specific antibiotic in the first place. According to the NIH, "Dentists are advised against using clindamycin for prophylaxis or initial treatment of dental infections due to its high risk of causing Clostridioides difficile colitis, increased mortality compared to amoxicillin, and potential for severe adverse reaction." I am also shocked that they posted my medical information in their reply to my review below.

My husband cut his fingers on a hedge trimmer and the staff here were fantastic. They kept the situation light, and were so fully of personality. It was such a different urgent care experience than I am used to. We appreciate the care and helpfulness they provided. No reason to ever go anywhere else!!
