Comprehensive Rehab and Nursing Center at Williamsville

This facility is not just poorly managed — it is neglected from the top down, it’s quite literally disgraceful. The building itself is falling apart. Cracked walls, peeling drywall, broken furniture, and patient beds that are visibly damaged. Garbage sitting in window sills. Rooms and bedding that were dirty. This is supposed to be a rehabilitation center, not a condemned property. Residents were wandering the halls unsupervised. One individual wearing only a diaper was entering other patients’ rooms. Where is the leadership? Where is the accountability? That alone tells you everything you need to know about the level of care here. There were no bed railings for fall prevention. When concerns were raised, staff stated we should “expect her to fall out of bed” and that she “needs to figu

‼️‼️‼️ If I could give this place zero stars I would. But unfortunately the only way I can rate this place is by giving it a one star which they don’t deserve. My grandma came here in around August of 2025 I want to say, she came here to get better after brain surgery due to her cancer. And she didn’t, she just deteriorated before my family and i’s eyes. If you love your family please DO NOT I repeat DO NOT send them here unless you want them to pass. The lady at the front desk vaped in the building AND the workers were outside smoking and talking away the WHOLE time while my family couldn’t find ANYONE to help my grandma. People weren’t even at the main desk when we needed them. It was SO bad I timed them to see how fast it would take them to answer her call bell. 2 HOURS and MORE just to

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! My sister lived here for a year and got three bed sores. One of which was the size of a hockey puck. She ended up needing a VAC dressing and got a deadly bone disease (osteomyelitis) from the wound. She clearly got these bed sores from SEVERE NEGLECT. The place smells of urine as soon as you walk in the door. My sister was not taken care of, when family came to see her she was dirty. You can’t leave anything around or it’ll get stolen. This place should be bulldozed to the ground and everyone fired for neglect. THANK GOD she is in hospital now.

Terrible facility. Needs to be updated, smells gross and dad's call button never worked. They said to unplug it and plug it back in, when my brother did, it still would not work. I was told that maintenance was called but it never got fixed. i would not put a sick cat in this place. No air conditioning. I put my father in the rehab center after he was released from the hospital because it was the only place available. He ended up dying at this horrible place of cardiac arrest, this is not totally their fault because the hospital took dad off of his congestive heart failure medication, and everyone knew about his heart, instead of adjusting it, they took him completely off. I am in the facility every week. My family member has been there for years. The residents are always taken care of. When I have visited other nursing homes, I have had numerous people trying to get my attention to get assistance to meet their needs. I have never encountered this at Comprehensive. People are cared for. There are dedicated staff who show up every day to care for mostly helpless people. They are heroes. They show up to take on a job that few people have the heart to take on. I am so grateful for them!
