Comprehensive Neurosurgery

I am writing to express my profound gratitude to Dr. Turner, Ms. Erin P.A and to all the staff for the beyond exceptional care you provided during my surgery and recovery. I truly appreciate how Dr. Turner and Ms. Erin (PA) took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Your compassionate approach and professionalism made a frightening experience manageable, and your dedication to your patients is evident. I really THANK YOU BOTH FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK. Dr Turner is absolutely wonderful! We have been to see him several times. Staff is great as well. We drive over 8 hrs for our visits. He operated on my husband's back and it was a fantastic experience. My husband had a previous surgery from a local surgeon and had waited on getting his next surgery for years in pain. Had he known Dr Turner was so great, he wouldn't have waited so long. They are really good about scheduling diagnostics close together (if they can) as well. 100% worth the drive/time.

I should have believed all the negative reviews. This was the most disappointing and dismissive medical appointment I have ever experienced. I would give zero stars if I could except it was very easy to schedule so there’s 1 star for that. Expect a long wait time and extremely short visit despite nobody else being in the building. I left more confused about my condition than I was when I came. Awful bedside manner and zero follow up after the test he ordered. Thankfully I also had results sent to my primary care who let me know what the head CT said. Do not recommend coming here at all. Now I’m starting over to find a surgeon.

All, I am one week out from my spinal fusion surgery and I had to do a review for Dr. Michael Turner. I can’t begin to thank Dr. Turner, MacKayla, and the rest of the staff for getting me through one of the stressful medical crisis in my life. Dr. Turner is the absolute BEST neurosurgeon there is. Not only did he explain everything, in detail, to myself but also to my husband. My husband's best friend is in the same field in the Midwest and he told my husband we couldn’t have partnered with a better surgeon. My surgery was postponed a couple of times due to a medical issue and Dr. Turner put my complete health and well being ahead of all else. I’ve been under Dr. Turner’s care for several years now. He’s been an amazing doctor that listens, is cautious and very kind. He’s surrounded by a great team of PA’s and office staff that are so nice and caring. In an odd way they have become family to us. I highly recommend Dr. Turner and his staff. Oh and Sherrie keeps a little bell at the front desk, so make sure to ring it alot! :)
