I had a great experience getting treated by Nina! I got masseter botox done 1 month ago, and my results are exactly how I wanted. I had a terrible experience at this medspa. I went in for a laser treatment and ended up with burns on my skin that were painful and alarming. When I brought this up, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. In particular, Nina was extremely rude and made me feel like I was the problem instead of acknowledging the issue. I expected professionalism and care, but instead I left feeling ignored and mistreated. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place -your skin and well-being deserve better.
