I was very pleased with my follow-up visit with Dr. Amaar. He is a very compassionate man who also has a good memory. He remembered about the passing of my husband and mentioned how it would get better in time. His staff are very pleasant also. There was no rush to leave the office. I am very thankful for choosing a doctor of his care and compassion. Totally awesome man.

My experience at the West Sunset office was very nice. Everyone at this office were helpful and friendly. The wait time for my appointment was negligible which I found rare for most doctor offices. Even though this was my first time seeing Dr Kim, he had reviewed my doctor's referral and the information I had provided, which made the appointment go quite smoothly. He was thorough and explained things very well. I'm happy my doctor referred me to Dr Kim.

It’s a busy place yet I was called in within 15 minutes. I liked everything about Dr. Kim, beginning with his kind smile as he entered the exam room. He was very attentive, unassuming, thorough and informative. I brought in an envelope full of recent records and he zeroed in fairly quickly on what he needed to know, commenting and asking questions along the way. Dr. Kim inspires trust with his professional and gentle nature.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LATOYA BAILEY!!!! She is so great!! I was worried about my first appointment here based on the bad reviews on Yelp but was relieved once I was in and out of this office. I filled out my paperwork online ahead of time which was easy and helpful. It's easy locating this building and the suite number on the third floor, plenty of parking upfront too. The front desk quickly checked me in, they were professional and fast. From the time I checked in to the time the doctor came into the room was 30 minutes. The nurses who roomed me were so sweet as they took my weight and blood pressure. I was so nervous about my appointment, but Latoya made it a great experience, she has the best bedside manner, she's funny, friendly, understanding, and made me feel heard and comfortable. She

Dr. Gary Chen was so informative, understanding and kind during my appointment. He took his time explaining things and checked an issue for me, putting my mind at ease. His staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I am glad Dr. Chen is there when I need his speciality in the future.
