Compounding Shoppe

Working with them to get an of state prescription and some questions I had about process and drug has been wonderful. I could actually speak with the pharmacist who was great and thoughtful, able talk to people on staff, and I left a message and got called back( an increasingly rare thing I find these days with many businesses).They are doing a good job and are nice. Thanks for the help.

Paid for 4 week supply of medication and only received just over 3 weeks worth even though I took it as prescribed. No refund or additional medication was offered to supplement the lack of what was originally filled. All they could offer was some kind of discount on the next prescription. Update: I was contacted the next day and shipped the missing dosage of medicine at no additional cost!

PLEASE USE CAUTION*** When picking any pharmacy at any time. Previous compounding place closed with no warning and had Rx's sent to the above place, for 4 months Rx was shorted about 1/2 of correct amount for dosage. Brought to Dr's attention, called this pharmacy, nothing but excuses and no apologies, no refunds or corrections. Attempts to hide truth AND place blame on patients is not ethical, moral or rational. A word of advice, contact Alabama Pharmaceutical Board with each and every concern or complaint, this is the only way to get corrections.

Lowell and team are the best!! They are the most caring people I have ever experienced! If you want to have a great experience go see them for all your pain needs!!! Fantastic!

This place is great. The employees are very informative about what you are receiving. They were so kind. Bi had so many questions and they were patiently answered.
