Very positive experience here. The staff was kind, the office was clean, and the doctor was knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated how organized everything was and how clearly my treatment options were explained. Overall, a smooth and reassuring visit.

Don’t waste your time! I had a very disappointing experience at this office. It took me about an hour to drive there, and I arrived early to fill out all the required forms. Despite that, I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. On top of that, I later found out that the doctor I originally scheduled with - Tamara Goodman- was not available. I was assigned to a different provider without any clear explanation. The provider - SIGALIT SHAVIT - did not seem to listen to my concerns at all. I tried to explain my symptoms and medical history, but instead of discussing my situation, she started talking about ordering tests and procedures without properly understanding what was going on. I saw the previous poor comments for this company, but I like to draw my own conclusions... Do not use this company, they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I've tried to see two different doctors at two different locations and both experiences were very poor. The front desk staff isn't trained properly with communication and referral verification. Referral verification should be completed a week before the scheduled appointment, not the day before. I couldn't even see the providers due to the lack of competence. It's extremely upsetting. I'm not wasting anymore time and effort getting referrals to them and confirming it was received, only to have my appointment rescheduled due to them not providing all of the information about how the referral should be processed. At my first appointment, I had to wait over two hours because the front desk I refuse to accept the facts from my PCP and my printout that had another office address. More recently, I was told I would need to wait a week for authorization before completing my tests-even though I have an upcoming flight on October 27. I checked with my insurance directly, and they confirmed that they never even received any authorization request from this office. So now I have to cancel my appointment Poor customer service

Great experience with this neurology office. The staff is friendly and well-organized, and the appointments run smoothly. The neurologist took time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The office is clean and professional, and communication has been excellent. Highly recommend.
