Complete Neurological Care

I had a really good experience at Complete Neurological Care. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in and the office was clean and organized. The doctor took time to actually listen to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. I felt heard and left with a clear plan moving forward. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a neurologist who is thorough and professional.

Horrible experience! Went with my son for a doctor appointment was with him when Dr Tsakadze examined him and showed him some physical therapy exercises to do for his vertigo. When checking out we asked for a referral for him to go to another physical therapist that his wife found for him and the front desk receptionist said the doctor was with another patient and she could not interrupt her and promised me she would call me after she spoke to the doctor. I gave her my phone number. Never heard from them. When I went there a few days later to follow up and get the refer They told me he would need to be seen by the doctor again and wouldn't discuss anything with me. I was livid. I did not want to discuss any health issues. My son had all I wanted was to pick up the referral that was promise

Dr Tsakadze was terrific Explained the testing she wanted to do and was very patient and helpful explaining the results and the conservative approach to dealing with them The office is efficient and Gianna was so nice to send all reports to my various physicians with a smile ands promise that she would see that they all went out ASAP I highly recommend this Neurologist

The doctor and the nursing staff and the receptionist were all amazing. Especially nurse Yulia Truly a wonderful experience

Update 8/12/2025: Never heard a word back from this facility. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe patient “care”. Update 7/7/2025 @ 8 PM: Still no call back. Update 7/3/2025: Thank you for your response. I left about 3 messages on the prescription line and 1 directly with the office front desk. Today, I’ve placed ANOTHER call and also sent a message through the online contact form. I don’t know what other steps to take to make contact with you guys regarding this. This communication through a Google review is the most I’ve spoken with anyone. Really difficult to get a hold of. The number for every location is a general 800 one. I’ve been leaving messages and calling for over a month for a prescription refill - nobody has called me back or is communicating with my pharmacy. My pharmacy wa
