Complete Local Specialty Care - Coconut Creek

I Recently started coming here after I moved to Coconut Creek. I’ve had scheduled physicals as well as impromptu sick visits. They have always been able to take care of me. I see Deija Badia Who has always been very professional, kind and listens thoroughly. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff is very pleasant and the waiting time was very reasonable in my experience. I have been a patient with this office for a very long time and have no complaints at this time. Taina is wonderful and very attentive to my needs. She is professional and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient medical group.

My expérience was great, friendly staff. Was able to get an appointment within a day, but walking are available. I’m French Canadian bilingual and I was able to get a French speaking Dr. Louima Very nice and very professional. Got the right medication for my sinusitis and got better within 3 days after. Great experience.

My first visit: The Staff and the Doctor I saw were very nice and accommodating. The office entrance and both waiting areas were clean but small, and the reception personnel were lovely, However, I did feel quite “rushed through” by the Dr on the first visit. Thirty minutes for a first visit is not an adequate amount of time to go over medical history and establish a quality Dr/Patient rapport or relationship. It felt quite impersonal…. The Strip Center “store front” Office facility is too small for the number of patients that use this office. It was crowded with patients, and the rooms utilized for blood draw, ekg, and even the Doctor’s and PA’s rooms were very tiny, and I felt very rushed, and also a bit stifled, and claustrophobic, which was not pleasant.

I have been trying to contact this practice for over a week and still have not received a call back from their office. I have left messages with the call center multiple times and informed them my diabetes medication is running out this week and I need by TODAY which I will now go without because my insurance still have not received an authorization request from my provider. This happened a few months ago as well and I had to drive to the clinic to get someone’s attention to finally get the prior authorization paperwork sent to my insurance. This is unacceptable especially for patients that need life saving medication. I have sent emails, messages on their website as well as on their Healow website and no call backs or responses.
