Complete Dental Care of Mansfield

It was easy to schedule a consultation using the website. The receptionist was friendly and the wait time went quickly. The dental assistant was nice and listened to me about what I wanted. She was very helpful. The dentist also listened and explained my options clearly. The assistant did a great job taking X-rays and imaging. I recommend consulting with this office and staff.

The hygienist & Dr Patel were good & kind. It was unlike any other cleaning I have had. Too many xrays & instruments were large for my mouth. My teeth were clean but having 2nd thoughts about returning. My insurance has always paid for my basic cleaning, this time I received a bill also

The place is spotless and the equipment is so up to date it made me realize my old dentists were basically working with tools from the stone age. I am always having issues when trying to receive my pre-meds before my appointments. The inconsistency is mind blowing. I’m literally pulling teeth trying to get this prescription. I’m so ready to walk away and end the relationship with Complete. The office manager is also not good with mediating a situation. She also has horrible customer service. I literally took off of work to attend this appointment and bc of their inconsistency, I was told I can reschedule. Like really reschedule! My time is now taken for granted. They have no empathy for the processes they had in place. My entire family goes here but I guess our money is not good enough for this place.

I was in need of emergency dental treatment on January 2nd (my temporary crown fell out and I was leaving for vacation the same day). I found out the hard way my dentist did not have emergency hours. I found this practice and it was the best find of 2026! The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Gonzalez took excellent care of my dental needs and secured my crown the way it should have been done in the first place. I will definitely be back, thank you!!!
