These people are so wonderful! I had transportation to get me to a 5:30pm appointment that didn't show up. Rachael from the dental office called and came to my house to get me so I didn't suffer a 2 week setback in treatment! This is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service and kindness! This place is very very busy. If you're getting any kind of important dental work done just know the process may take a long time. Communication with the front desk ladies is always hit and miss which is why I'm deducting a star. They're so busy they are often a little grouchy and seemingly unorganized but they're doing a service most dental offices wouldn't want to do. Servicing the lower class and Medicaid recipients is no easy task so I'll let most of it slide. However, the dental assistant and the dentist Dr. Miller are some of the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. Every time I take my kids here we wait forever for them to be seen, they always refuse to let me go in the back with my kids which has NEVER happened at another dentist office before. I was called last week to reschedule my kids appointments for that day because the staff was all sick, they rescheduled for the following week at 8am so me thinking okay I can get them in and to school at a decent time being all they are getting is cleanings well after 40 min sitting waiting while three others went in first one of my kids was still waiting and when I asked I was told it was this or they would be scheduled out for another 6 months like it was our fault THEY rescheduled with us last minute. be aware if you are a medicaid patient you may get treated poorly. they will have claimed to do work they didn't attempt to do at all. the place smells nasty an is outdated inside techs with a bad attitude an zero compassion I'll give the front desk staff a pass they probably hate having to deal with the terrible work environment here. don't go here just drive to greenville.
