Complete Care at West Caldwell

The facility is decent and the staff are courteous and compassionate with the residents. It is kept clean and it looks like they do periodic activities for those interested. After visiting a friend there several times already you begin to recognize the other residents and appreciate their personalities, their greetings and interactions. What started out as obligatory visits that left me feeling sad when I left, I've come to enjoy visiting my friend and enjoy the company of the other residents and staff in the community room. If you have loved ones or friends in these facilities, a fifteen minute visit means the world to them, even if you are overscheduled, they prefer 15 minutes to none. You may find the experience rewarding.

I responded to a survey a little more than a week ago. My response to the conditions in the day room expressed concerns about my observations. Yesterday I had a second visit with my relative. It was a completely differ experience! A staff member was facilitating a Bingo game that involved many of the participants Another assistant was helping a few people struggling to eat their noon meal. . Many times the participants were called by name or noticed by the assistants. This week’s experience helped me to feel a lot better about my relative presently housed at your ability

My mom stayed here for rehab and had the best care. Her nurses and CNAs were incredibly kind and caring. The PT and OT team were phenomenal and also very caring. The entire staff at Complete Care was awesome. All the employees went out of their way to show kindness, not only to my mom and I, but to other residents staying there as well. The housekeeping staff always kept her room clean and often stopped by to check on her, always brightening her day. They also keep the place very clean, inside and out. I highly recommend this facility for a wonderful place to recuperate and to be treated with dignity and respect by a lovely group of employees who make you feel at home and well cared for.

Pt was beautiful, nurse was awesome Kimberly is a great Concerige. I could not walk and the therapy help me to walk. The food was ok some days.

I had a stay there for about a month in May 2025. I can say it was not the best experience. I pick them after having a serious illness. I had suffered from sepsis shock and I was hallucinating pretty much the entire time. Saying that in all fairness I know I was a handful. The medical and nursing staff was excellent, the food was good but the Aides especially the night Aides showed little to no respect, were rough and showed little compassion to me knowing my knees were in a painful state. In all good consciousness I could not recommend them.
