Complete Care at Wayne Hills

I first came to Complete Care after my accident, and I truly believe I wouldn't be walking today if it weren't for the incredible care I received here, especially George from physical therapy. Beyond the therapy, the environment at Complete Care is something truly special. The staff are genuinely kind, supportive, and welcoming, and the fellow residents quickly begin to feel like family. Everyone here has their own story yet we all come together so beautifully. There is a real sense of community and compassion that makes this place unlike anywhere else. I am very grateful for my experience here.

I have been a resident here at Complete Care for 8 years and I truly wouldn't want to be anywhere else. There is so much to appreciate about this facility, especially the recreation team and their delightful services. One of my personal favorite things I look forward to is when Gianna from the wonderful recreation team paints my nails every Friday. I also love our "take our Tuesdays" every second Tuesday of the month where we order Chinese or delicious meals from nearby diners. This is one of many of Joannas (Recreations director) awesome ideas. She also always runs errands for me and gets me goodies I request from the food store. I feel super grateful to be a part of the Complete Care family!

5 stars. The staff is always giving 100% My experience in the first 45 days of being a resident here has been exceptional, even if a couple of small issues came up they were addressed immediately. I have been in other places where many issues go unattended but not here. Here at Complete Care, any requests I have are attended to promptly which i really appreciate. I also appreciate all the activities. They really help your mind, body, and spirit recover. And I do want to mention - the food is delicious. Fresh and hot every day.

Although my daughter was only there for a short time, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, caring and extremely accommodating to all our questions, needs, and expectations. A sense of comfort to know our daughter was in great care. Highly recommended!!

My Mom was a resident until she passed. During her stay she made wonderful friendships with residents as well as staff members. The recreation team kept her days full and entertaining which wasn't always easy since she had dementia. When her dementia worsened she was cared for with kindness and dignity. I like to express my gratitude to staff as well as residents for their compassion and dedication to my Mom. Thankyou!
