Complete Care at Wall

My mother in law was admitted into this facility & nearly lost her life. My wife went to visit & found heart pills on the floor. They should have been administered properly especially considering that the woman is legally blind. The food is an absolute horror. On one particular night mother in law called for a nurse & instead a nurses assistant showed up & yelled at her to stop calling & that they were busy. My wife & I quickly went over & when we we arrived; the main nurse on duty would not let us enter to evaluate the woman’s condition. We immediately called Wall township law enforcement & they arrived promptly to investigate & the officer wrote up a report after interrogating nurses assistant. Not a great experience. Very understaffed, and the coordination with hospice is non existent. My mother was in pain unnessairly, they couldn't coordinate the pain meds. The business manager, Rocco is inept and the private pay is a joke. No bill, and you have to call repeatedly to get a refund if you overpaid for private care. Minus stars.

My Mother is a resident here at the facility now. The employees that take care of her are just terrific. They are so compassionate with my mom. She enjoys the food and activities they offer as well. It was a great choice for my mom.

If I could give 0 I would. I am convinced these reviews are fake. My mom had black mold in her peg tube, her colostomy was blocked with feces, and she was left with numerous bed sores. Rhonda was a great nurse. Its not the staffing, its lack of. The owners only care about money. Do not leave your family here. Totally unsafe and the state needs to investigate and shut them down.

Yesterday I was asked to remove my prior review which I Did ! I’ve had an ongoing problem about making my cell phone payment on time which means everything to me ! Being Friday I was hoping to get this issue resolved knowing that the regular Staff Departments are not here over the weekend. One of the Directors & Financial manager, both came in to speak to me and told me that they were going to take care of the problem that we needed to call my cell phone company and get the matter straightened out , by they both got here it was the lunchtime hour, and T-Mobile kept repeating that we would have to wait 30 minutes before a customer service person would come on the phone to talk to the business manager told me he had a meeting with the social worker and a family at that particular time and c
