Complete Care at Multi-Medical Center

This is a death house. We had a loved one sent there for rehab, and after 2.5 weeks, he became unresponsive and was sent to the ICU. He was then transported to hospice and died 2 days later. The ICU notified us that he was severely dehydrated, which I'm not surprised about, as the staff needed to be reminded to keep patients hydrated and fed. This place takes liberties on patients using schizophrenia antipsychotic medications to keep dementia patients sedated for their convenience at all times. The staff were rude and ignorant. They turned him into an unresponsive vegetable in their care, where he stopped recognizing his family within days of being there. Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them. Staff were always on the personal cell phone and aren’t attentive on the 3rd floors. They always makes us feel bad for asking for a simple things like changing a diaper for an elderly. I do not give bad review and when I do you something is very wrong.

My husband walked in on his feet, two weeks later he went to a hospice.He was alert when he he walked in and his mind was clear. He was heavily sedated , drugged and turned into a vegetable state, completely starved and dehydrated.His food and water was always untouched because he was so drugged and did not know and see the food . Nobody tried to feed him or give him some water.The staff was rude and raise voice at my poor helpless husband.Now he is dying in a hospice. Run away from this place !!! I wish I could sue this medical center . Zero star.

Mom was moved to the first floor this week. While on the second floor her blanket went missing a couple months ago. It’s blue, brown & cream check. They said they would check the laundry area but no one has gotten back to me. I would appreciate it they found it, it was from her grandson in North Carolina. Thanks in advance. Today mom ate most of the veggies & fruit from lunch. I appreciate the care she is getting.

My loved one lived here for almost two years. I rate a five because I’ve never been in a facility that worked so hard to correct something when it wasn’t right. When I was searching for a place, I toured this one among others. I saw several things that made this my first choice: the staff knew all the patients by name and talked to them pleasantly which was different than places where staff turnover was so great they didn’t know anyone. Second, there is a gathering room for social events and everyday there was some activity so that patients weren’t in their rooms all the time. This too was different from places where there were long halls of bedrooms but no place to come together. Third, physical therapy is always busy which was different from a place that advertised rehab but there was
