Complete Care at Linwood managed by Autumn Lake Healthcare at Linwood

The care at Autumn Lake at Linwood is very good! The staff works well together to take care of everyone. Pedro, Nia, and Stanley are so happy care for me and we always laugh and have fun together. They will always go out of their way to cater to my needs. Katie the director of hospitality always helps me. When I hear her coming down the hall I know it’s going to be a good day because she is always willing to help me. I was in the hospital last month and she came to visit me. I told her I needed clothing to return back to rehab and she went back and got me everything I needed. That is just one instant but she helps me everyday. She is more than a helper, she is my friend.

Katie was outstanding during my aunt’s stay. She truly changed the entire experience for our family. Her constant smile and steady communication kept us informed and completely at ease. We had zero anxiety because we knew she was on top of everything. What meant the most was that she remembered my aunt’s birthday and made it special. That level of attention and care made us feel seen and valued. Katie made a real difference, and we are incredibly grateful for her.

My husband has been here for 4 weeks and all I can say Is great things. Juan in the kitchen goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of and fed great food. Therapy team is excellent and top notch. The nurses kc Stanley and the others are wonderful and very professional. Cashmere the nurse aid and phylis are extremely professional and go up and above. I highly recommend autumn lake at linwood. !!!!!

If it weren’t for the Director of Hospitality Katie Daisy I would rank this facility with -Stars! If you or anyone you know have a love one that needs to go to a Rehabilitation Center I would extremely recommend you not send them to Complete Care of Linwood (Autumn Lakes). The facility is extremely dirty, patients are not showered twice a week like they claim and there is never fresh ice water given to patients unless they ask for it and even then there’s a long wait. When it comes to the overall cleanliness of the facility it’s horrible, dirty toilets, medication left on window sills and the food isn’t fit for a dog never served on any particular schedule. Once again Katie goes above and beyond with everything that she can possibly control and there are a few staff members that really do

Katie is a wonderful, hardworking, and dedicated to all of the pi’s. She is an amazing and fun employee that makes our stay at the autumn lake more comfortable and feeling like home. She is so caring and kind.
