I would like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding staff member by the name of Gigi that works at the front desk at the rehab facility. She goes above and beyond in her role. She is incredible attentive to the residence and the patients and is very kind and compassionate. What truly stands out is that she does so much more than what is required of her position. She takes the time to ensure residents are comfortable, listens to their concerns, and treats them with genuine dignity and respect. Her dedication and work ethic do not go unnoticed by the family members, residence,and other patients. They are very courteous, great customer service, I did not have to wait long. they were precise about what they wanted during the interview. the place is clean. feel a good vibe in the environment. .In another word I felt welcome.

I am writing as a concerned family member of a resident at Complete Care at Inglemoor. While I understand the challenges involved in providing long-term and rehabilitative care, my experience revealed a consistent lack of professionalism that falls short of expected standards. On multiple occasions, staff members failed to respond promptly to call buttons or resident requests, leading to avoidable delays in care. Interactions between certain staff and residents were unacceptably informal and lacked the respectful tone one expects from trained nursing professionals. Communication from the facility to family members regarding changes in condition, therapy scheduling, or discharge planning was often inconsistent and delayed, leaving us uninformed and concerned. Inglemoor Center feels like home with a fantastic welcoming atmosphere for my dad. Excellent personal that cares about their residents having doctors,physical therapist, nurses, aides and awesome staff. I visited the facility was very clean with healthy food and nice environment for their residents and visitors.Thank you so much for helping my dad with his rehab physical therapy and healing faster after an open heart surgery. Great attentive staff, clean facility. As with most rehab the food is not appetizing and by the time it reaches the residents it is cold. Other than that it is a great facility.
