Complete Care at Harston Hall

Don’t let first impression of dated decor turn you off The place is clean and if there is an odor from patients it is fixed quickly. The staff is great. My floor nurses Tony, Steph, Lovee among others were great. Other staff I don’t recall names. Aides Maria are great. PT staff Kelly, Mike, Jessica and Beth were really good. Kitchen staff were helpful. Food is hospital type fare Some says better than others. If a resident try to dine in the bistro room. Better to have company and food is fresher than awaiting delivery to room. Breakfast of scrambled eggs gets old. Been here five weeks. Going home soon.

Friendly place, rehab activities engaged my elderly mother. Outreach is commendable if you are considering HH. I highly recommend HH. Be sure to get emails and ensure your paperwork and documentation is completed. Great place! My mother appreciated her time spent there an definitely improved her stamina and overall health.

I moved my mother here after an AWFUL experience at another facility (Hillcrest Center). This was a breath of fresh air. It was clean, the staff was engaged, and it was just an overall good experience. If my mother were a more social person, I would not have discharged her early. My mom didn't like the food, but other than that, I have no complaints. I absolutely love the attentiveness of the staff! That includes everyone from the nursing staff, cleaning staff, and administration.

Harston Hall has a family atmosphere. The employees make you feel welcome. They care about your family member - that includes nursing, physical therapy, and administrative staff.

After a difficult experience at a previous rehabilitation facility—where my brother left against medical advice due to poor conditions—he was readmitted to the hospital just five days later. Two weeks after that, he was transferred to Harston Hall, and the difference has been remarkable. Since his admission to Harston Hall, he has made tremendous progress in his recovery. The staff members I’ve interacted with have been gracious, attentive, and responsive to concerns. One issue arose regarding the wait time with a particular department. I appreciated that the staff took the matter seriously and addressed it directly—there were no further issues after that.
