Complete Care at Groton Regency

It made me feel at ease at how nice your staff and your facility were today. My brother had high praise for everyone involved in his care. He's only been in your rehab program for 2 days and I can tell his health has improved. Thank you

The part of the building I visited appeared to be clean. Was surprised with the attire of housekeeping staff as well as the 2 CNAs. Looked sloppy. I had a few questions that I addressed with the nurse, Jamie. Very pleasant and answered my questions and took the time to do so.

A wonderful performance was entertaining residents when arrived to visit a friend. A phone was installed near her bed as she enjoys talking on the phone. The staff seem caring and professional, a plus in any such care giving facilities. Overall, I'm quite happy with the Groton Regency.

Excellent care. Staff are dedicated & compassionate. They are also cheerful & go beyond just taking care of physical needs. Therapy services have worked diligently to get my loved one to a point in his recovery that I would never had thought possible in 1 month. I highly recommend Groton Regency to anyone needing their services.

While visiting my husband I found the staff to be pleasant and not only listen to but to hear any concerns I might have about my husbands status. I was very impressed that upon admission my husband was treated with respect and checked over from head to toe observing and noting any areas of concern regarding his skin. He has certain dietary needs/likes and the staff have listened to and addressed this issue. I have been consistently been kept in the loop of his status and progress achieved. I would recommend Groton Regency to anyone in need of an excellent care facility.
