Complete Care at Dawnview

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sheila and the entire staff. Sheila took such great care of my grandmother Joan and always treated her with kindness, patience, and respect. It truly means so much to our family to know she was in such good hands. The rest of the team is just as amazing they clearly care about all the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and well looked after. I’m very grateful for the love and attention they show every day. Highly recommend!

DawnView has such amazing staff. They take excellent care of my Mom my Aunt, and All the residents. They truly love and care about their residents.

My Mom has been a resident at Dawnview for about seven months. She has received wonderful care. She is always clean and the staff takes the time to see that she eats. The facility itself is clean and the staff is always cheerful. My Mom has dementia and verbal communication can be difficult. However, when one of the nurses or other care givers approach her her face lights up. She often smiles or wants to hold their hand. When I ask how she is doing the staff is always ready with an answer be it good or not so good. Unfortunately I am not able to be with my Mom through the week, but I feel comfortable knowing that she is being well cared for.

Had a very nice afternoon visiting. We celebrated a birthday during our visit, and forgot the forks and cake server. The Staff was friendly, and very accommodating and brought those down to us. If anyone is lonely, he or she need only go to any long term care facility and visit the people who live there. They would love to have people visit.
