Complete Care at Court House

They requested a review. Here it is: this facility was a disappointment from the second I walked in. The front desk check-in was chaotic and unprofessional, and it only went downhill from there. The hallways smelled strongly metallic/like iron, and the aide assigned to my great aunt was rude and dismissive in a way that should never happen with vulnerable patients. One nurse was kind. Everyone else I encountered made this feel like a place where courtesy and care are optional. I left genuinely concerned.

I want to thank the amazing nurses, aides and many other staff members for caring for my beloved dad before he passed. My dad had many health issues beginning in July of 2024. He had multiple strokes, carotid artery disease, COPD, a brain aneurism, brain surgery, seizures, and dysphasia. My dad was unable to walk after his surgery and he had difficulty swallowing. He was unable to eat anything by mouth after the brain surgery and required a PEG tube. The caregivers, and nurses, and therapy specialists did everything they could to make my dad comfortable. They were so friendly, getting him to laugh and smile. My dad will forever be the strongest man I know with his ability to fight through all of his health complications. They motivated my dad to play games, arm wrestle, and throw the ball.

Well run facility with a very nice staff. My mother is happy there. It feels like a second home in many ways. Very grateful we found CC to care for my 94 year old mother. She loves the meals and usually eats every last morsel. She has gained 10 pounds and we couldn’t be more pleased about that. We are rounding 3 years with our mother being at Complete Care. We are very pleased with her care. She will be 96 years old in March 2025 but she is doing very well and has pretty much has not declined in the last couple of years. She feels at home and we believe it is because of the kindness and loving care she receives every day.

I purchased a veggie burger gluten free wrap. I just found out I am sensitive to gluten and to cut it out of my diet. I was happy to know Greens & Grains have gluten free meals on their menu. I enjoyed my wrap as well. Thank you

Great caring staff, clean rooms. Very kind and professional atmosphere. Special shout out to Pedro my Mother's caregiver, he was very good at making my Mother feel at home and meeting her needs!
