Complete Care at Brick

I am going home today after a 14-day stay. Facility - clean, comfortable, festive - decorated for the holidays. PT/OT - well sticked and varied equipment. Individualized plans, warm counselors. Nurses/Aids - very attentive, friendly, helpful I have heard others talk about rehab facilities in a negative way. My experience was vastly different. The care and attention I received from all the staff and volunteers was wonderful. The professional staff knew their responsibilities and did them well. They made certain every patient received the correct medication using a medication system for accuracy. Fresh ice water was always available to keep me well hydrated. The menu was varied with a special order for each meal along with classics available any day. A coffee cart and activities cart round

It is with the deepest regret for choosing Complete Care of Brick that I write this review which should be NEGATIVE STARS--and let this serve as a WARNING to those who are considering this facility for anything other than someone who needs time to heal from a broken bone or other simpler matter. If you value the life of your family member, I URGE YOU to look elsewhere. My father was a patient here and was grossly misdiagnosed with an issue related to swallowing. In fact, had the care team done their job effectively, they would have known that it was NOT that, but instead they starved my father and deprived him of regular liquids --only giving him ones with disgusting thickeners. Staff is very caring and efficient. Jen the floor nurse manager is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Paige, their social worker is patient and caring. Katima is so efficient and compassionate. My dad’s room is always clean and orderly. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

The entire staff was awesome. The kitchen has great food,kudos to the kitchen staff! Nurses are top notch,special thanks to Jennifer 🌻. My stay at Complete Care was amazing.

My mother Doris was in Complete Care for the month of October, and had a good experience. She absolutely loved her therapists, Todd (her "party animal partner"), Kourtney, and Dawn, who helped her transition enough to go back home. Her nurse Jennifer was excellent. She really listened, and got results when Mom was down, and made her feel comfortable. Her aide Danielle was EXCELLENT, and treated her like family. All in all, she had a wonderful experience, and we would recommend Complete Care to others!!
