Dr Ruiz and Dr Coppola are very nice. Jeanie always answers the phone and Jackie is always very friendly and welcoming.
I'm suppose to see Dr. Coppola but from the time Dr. Vivas took leave I was seen only by NP, that's a few years now. And it seems now there are no office visits allowed. Getting through by phone has become a task as well. It's not worth it.
Support staff didn't follow thru on referrals, lied, and were very rude. I have changed practices due to this
Zero stars for Phone Operator Jaquie; And nurse Lacey. Awfully unprofessional; rude; incompetent.-
Awful staff and awful service.
