Compassionate Dentistry

Just got my teeth cleaned today by a thorough, friendly yet professional hygienist! Add to that, my appointment was set for 11am and I was walked to the dental chair AT 11am and was done by 11:28. Very happy with my experience!

The staff was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything to me, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Faith worked efficiently, and before I knew it, the procedure was complete in less than an hour. Overall, this was by far the best dental office experience I've ever had, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Faith Cousins' practice to anyone in need of dental care.

I’m happy that I switched my dental provider. The Faith Cousins DDS is close to my home making it very convenient. But, most important it is the quality customer care received once I enter the office. Everyone greets you. The personnel are all making sure that you are seated at your designated appointment time. As a matter of fact I have never had to wait. Lastly, there are no surprises. My treatment plan, provided me, has been spot on concerning cost. Which makes it easy to budget for scheduled dental work. Finally, Dr. Cousins and her staff are patient and very compassionate. I’d recommend Faith Cousins to all of my family and friends. And when you call the office you always get a live voice to assist you. I am happy I switched!
