I was very pleased to see how the initial staff took care of me and answered all of my questions and went the extra mile in helping me with finding how to transfer my medical history. Of course I am tech saby but my nerves and anxiety often get the best of me and it was great to have someone on the other end to be patient with me to complete all the necessary steps. Plus I have to say when it came down to my virtual appointment, it was very informative when I asked all the questions I had being that this is an alternative to relieve me from constant pains, anxiety and discomfort I have on a daily bases. Very professional and helpful. i had a lot of questions throughout the process and it was easy to get assistance. i give 4 of 5 stars because 5 stars is reserved for if everything had run so smoothly that i had no questions... no issues with proper forms being emailed, no issues with needing things explained. but I did have some frustration, however, the staff was quick to oblige.

The time it took to be processed was immediately. I was given direction on every step needed to accomplish my certification goals. Everything went in order and I was certified in 1day. I was also given the open door to ask any questions or concerns in the future. I appreciate the doctor for answering all my thoughts of the process. Great job!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff set me up with a next-day teleconferencing appointment, and consistently reminded and helped me through the setup process. A hold-up with my medical records from my Physician was going to delay my certification for multiple weeks, but CCC was able to find a way to expedite the release of records and get me certified within a few days. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, very kind, non-judgmental, and just overall easy to have an appointment with. On top of all these great things about CCC, their price for appointments was between $80-$120 cheaper than others in my area. I would definitely recommend Compassionate Care Consultants to any patient seeking to get certified for medical marijuana treatment.
