Dr. Bickel is absolutely amazing. He listens and he cares. Dr. Bickel addresses the symptoms and always does all that he can to make his patients feel better. His staff is friendly and helpful. Compassion family medicine has been wonderful to our family and we highly recommend!

This place is the real deal. EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. Many clinics have poor customer service but Compassion Family Medicine proves it doesn't have to be like that. They are also not a part of a corporate health system and in my opinion it makes them much better because they actually care about giving a good patient experience. I was shocked when asking for paperwork or refill requests how quick and responsive they were. Truly impressed. One time my wife needed a TB test emergently for her job at Memorial (by the end of the day) and even though SHE WORKED THERE it was impossible for them to get it in time (even though they are a hospital...) so we got it done at Compassion Family Med within hours. Without a doubt Compassion Family Medicine holds up to their name.The office staff is friendly and helpful making it easy to schedule an appointment or walk-in! This is great for our busy family with various medical needs. We absolutely LOVE seeing Greg Bickel. He genuinely cares about his patients and truly goes above and beyond his call of duty. He is knowledgeable, funny, has compassion, takes the extra time to listen and will exhaust all medical options to ensure the best patient care. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. We’ve been seeing Greg Bickel for 12 years. I’ve never met another provider with so much compassion for his patients, he genuinely cares for them and wants to help. Greg has accomplished amazing things with both of my children during adolescence and helped us through an extremely difficult time in our life. Greg is not only the primary care provider for my entire family but he’s also our friend. We are forever grateful that he came into our life.
