Compass Healthcare and Rehab Hawfields

As a retired RN with 50+ years of experience including surveying long term care centers I found that Compass exceeded my expectations both in nursing care and rehab. I rarely had family or friends visit and the Compass staff recognized my needs and addressed them.

The staff was extremely friendly but professional as well. The place was clean, bright and cheerful. I appreciate the attention given to the residents. Lots of activities offered for the residents daily. It’s not home but a nice alternative.

This facility is trash, if I could give them a negative number rating I would. They sit on there butts and do nothing. My family member missed doctors appointments because they didn’t schedule transportation or check my Chart. My family member was there for Rehabilitation and came out worse than when they went in… make that make sense… please don’t use this facility they go to work for vacation. A sad excuse for a Rehabilitation Center.

No medical facility is perfect, but I have had positive experiences at Compass ever since my mom entered here a year ago. They have taken good care of her and have been great at communicating with me about anything going on with her or addressing anything I asked them to address. My mother came from a terrible facility before Compass and I have been very pleased, which I know can be hard to come by. This is a privately-owned facility and they care about doing a good job. At this time I can highly recommend this place.
