I had a great experience with Dr Spencer Twaddle and Sydney. Compass Dental has a very nice, clean office and friendly staff. Dr Twaddle was very gentle, unlike my previous dentist. Plus, he didn't try to "sell me" procedures that I didn't need.

My son and I had a great experience here. We were scheduled an hour apart, but they had us out of there much faster than that because they assigned us the same hygienist. That seems to be their standard procedure if there is a kid and a parent coming in together.

Top notch facility, Dental Technicians and Doctors. My doctor, Dr. Spencer Twaddle D.D.S. took a lot of time discussing my issue, which came down to me clenching my jaw at night. Big change in the way I feel. I thought sure I had cavities in all four back molars. Thank you to Dr. Twaddle and his assistant, Sam for being through and honest!

It has been a while since I’ve had my procedure. And I definitely wanted to leave a review, but I wanted to find all the right words. I had a severe amount of bone loss, I was at a point in my life where I didn’t know if there were options left for me.
