Staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor was very personable and informative. Did not have to wait long to be seen. The frame selection was nice and price was well within reason. Recommend. Was a nice overall experience.

The office was very clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you for such a great experience!

Called 2 weeks ago. Was given a date and time for my appointment. I had to request a day off from work. I show up and I get told I have no appointment. Whoever I called didn't properly set my appointment so on top of having to waste my time and gas, I'm out of a day's worth of income. At this point it would've been cheaper for me to just go to the vision center down my street and pay for everything out of pocket. I see all these glowing reviews for the doctor, but it seems the staff has issues.

Absolutely no complaints about the doctor, but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. They messed up my prescription for my glasses, so now I have to wait another month for my glasses to be replaced. This comes after sitting in the office for over an hour, waiting to be seen for an appointment that I shouldn’t have had to do again. All the while listening to them talk trash about everything and anything but the task at hand. It normally wouldn’t even phase me but the fact that they messed up my glasses and had me sitting there wasting time that I don’t have to waste in the first place because of their “mistake”, yeah it made me a bit irritated. The doctor was wonderful — very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. However, my experience with the front office staff was disappointing. They were not very friendly or helpful, and their attitude made the visit less pleasant.
