My pup had a bump that was growing at a rapid pace on his paw, i took him to another vet and they told me it would be 1900-2100 to remove the toe because there wouldn’t be enough skin to sew it back together. I then took him to this vet to see Dr.Kelli (who is amazing!!) and she said he needs the same thing and it was only 920 + bandage changes. He is doing amazing and I’m forever grateful for dr.Kelli and her team! A toe being gone is better than my boy being gone. Sent bump out for biopsy so we should find out soon what it is. 🤞🏼 it’s not cancer.
Terrible experience specifically with Dr. Hulshizer. I never give negative reviews, but, when it comes to our pets, I feel it is my responsibility. He demonstrated a lack of compassion towards our dying dog, and was very rude towards us. This Dr. is as insensitive as they come, and is in the wrong line of work. As for the tech assistant who was whining about assisting our dying Labrador on the 2" high scale because of her back pain, I'd suggest she consider another line of work as well. For what they charge, you would expect excellent service. They have lost a customer, and I hope this review helps someone else choose better for their beloved pet.
This review is not about the wonderful Vet Techs nor the support staff. I could go on and on about the issues with this practice. Suffice it to say, if you love your pet go somewhere else because the male Vet could not care less about your pet. The prices are insane which makes the lack of empathy for the welfare of your pet worse. If you MUST go here, the female Vet is hands down the better of the two. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. Problem is, if you leave your pet there, which Vet will be touching him or her? The male Vet was nasty to his staff, me, and worst of all, he treated my pet like a thing and wasn’t gentle about it. I felt horrible for my pet and paid to know nothing more than I did when I walked in. I asked for records to be sent to my new vet and did not receive a
Dr. Carpenter and her staff were wonderful when we had to make the toughest decision in having our dog euthanized. Very caring and took wonderful care of our Bo. Thank you to this great team. We really appreciate you and all you do for our fur babies ♥️
This vet practice is simply one of the best. I have taken my dogs there for several years and have had nothing but excellent care and kindness from this entire team. Dr. Bud is knowledgeable and caring but does not pressure me into treatments like many other vets do. Dr. Bud carefully listens to the symptoms, describes the options, and helps me to make the best decision for my dogs. I have moved and now I drive an hour just to make sure I get the best care and an honest team. Love this place. Take the time to listen to Dr Bud, understand that he has your pet's best interest in mind and you will figure out how valuable he is.
