I was taking my pets there up until 9/13/24, I was so upset on how they put my beautiful 12 1/2 year old chorkie to sleep. She had diabetes and we tried treatment for 3 months, she was not getting better and started peeing more but even lying in it. When I had other dogs pts they used an iv. She is only 16lbs, was, anyway my husband said the needle was big and it was just trusted in her making her yelp n yelp until she went to sleep. Her helper was holding onto her but I took her and held her. Then they left and ten minutes later came in with the other shot. Most do IV bring them back and do shots and then come back in a few minutes. She went out so roughly I told them I never saw that before and she said sometimes they react that way. I am so frustrated with this vet... it's not the first time either, but it will be the last. I will NOT go back here! Finding a new vet ASAP! My cat has two puncture wounds on his right shoulder that looks and feels infected. I called yesterday and was told that they would not be able to see him, but he probably needed an antibiotic and I could drop him off at 8:30am today and they would work him in. There were MANY people dropping their pets off at 8:30am. I was told that if I didn't hear anything by 2:30pm, go ahead and call them. I waited and waited ALL DAY! Nothing! I call. No answer. The compassion they have for you and your pet is wonderful, this is not the first time they have taken our pet (our babies) asap, they explain EVERYTHING that's going on and what's needed to be done, they are a blessing , they actually treat you like your animal matters. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Our Bassy went to the rainbow bridge , they made him and my husband and I comfortable, they showed compassion and caring was so gentle with him, Let us stay in the room as long as we wanted, they took care of everything from the cremation to the pick up, thank you all, your Angels for animals

Any vet that would allow an ill pet to sit in its cage all day - long enough to wet on itself is a crime and the vet should be shut down immediately for cruelty to animals
