Dr. Clute is so thorough and has wonderful bedside manner. The RN Ashley is so kind and everyone there is so helpful including Cynthia and all the other nurses we encountered. The X-ray tech too. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my daughter.

We are here on a Saturday morning along with 8 other patients. We walked in at 9 am. The receptionist was alone and could not greet everyone AND enter them into the system at the same time. So AFTER everyone was signed in, 15 min later, she was able to start entering in names. Behind her we could see the nurses and the Dr. chatting and joking around. It was so disheartening to watch one person work so hard and see others doing nothing. This should be named Understaffed Care. It certainly isn't Urgent. And completely inefficient.

Most of the doctors/staff are okay. There are a few staff members who seem to hate their job. The worst thing about this clinic specifically is the wait time. Once you check-in expect to wait in the waiting area for more than an hour and then another half hour inside your room...

Absolutely horrible experience. I had to take a drug test for a job and the wait was over an hour. The staff is very unprofessional. I asked if I should come back when they open or if there was a better time and her response was it’s always going to be a wait. I’m not sure why it takes an hour to take me back there watch me do my business and leave. You have a contract to do drug tests so you might want to prioritize them. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Sitting in a room with sick people just to take a drug test puts my health at risk.

Disappointed!! I thought this was an urgent care that seen patients on an emergency basis instead of going to a hospital ER. This morning I was sent away to go to Hospital ER instead of being seen by a doctor at CMH after a bad face plant.
