Overall, everyone is very pleasant, from the receptionists at the clinic to the nursing assistant. Dr. Carmen Urquijo is very kind and sweet, and she treats patients with great patience, and Viviane is very good and professional. The clinic is very clean and hygienic.

I would like to say overall the staff members at this facility, are great ! So is my dr Liliana Cedenos, and a big shoutout to the young girl that works in the lab department. Maylene Cortes, I hope I spelled it right. Lol .. She was awesome!!! From when she called me in till the end!!!! And all I can say is!! She really went to school and loves what she does! She took my blood at the first pinch and didn’t bruise me or nothing! Woohoo!! I’m very happy and pleased with her performance. Thank you community medical group …

Extremely disappointing experience with this practice. The front desk and medical assistant are disorganized and unresponsive. We submitted a CMS-mandated Verification of Chronic Condition form to their office on 2/17/2026, but no action was taken. After following up a month later, we were told that whether the form could be signed was “at the doctor’s discretion,” despite it being a CMS requirement. It took over 10 phone calls with no resolution. The reviews for this office do not reflect the reality of their service.

ALL the staff is very friendly, the office is very clean cold and smells like lavender, the person drawing my blood Maylin is Awesome, my left arm is weak due to a stroke and and cant make a fist to pump up my veins, she put the rubber band and started feeling for the vein which I couldn’t see at all and she pricked and drew blood very painless and quickly. I was in the office at 8:04 and by 8:15 I was out, my appointment was actually at 8:30 and I literally was home by 8:25.

This clinic is truly the best in service! Everyone here is super nice and polite, starting from the receptionists and medical assistants all the way to Dr. Ileana Fiallo. She is absolutely wonderful — so human, kind, and caring. She takes the time in every consult, listens carefully, and makes you feel truly cared for as a patient. I totally recommend Dr. Fiallo and this clinic to anyone looking for excellent medical care and a team that treats you with respect and compassion.
