I was fortunate to have chosen Old Cheney Rehabilitation for a twelve-day visit in December of 2025. I was extremely well cared for by all of the staff. Of special note is the care received from an Aide who goes by the name of Guido. I was alone and afraid and he befriended me. I needed supplies and he gathered them. I needed an address to order some food, and he looked it up on his phone. The list of favors he performed for me goes on and on. I also received exceptional care by the Occupational and Physical Therapy Staff in their clean and well-equipped Gym. Their work with me was thorough and well-coordinated. As a patient and a homecare nurse this office is so easy to work with. The team of providers and nurses makes sure needs are met in a timely manner. If youre looking for a team of providers to care for your family who cant leave their home easily I 10/10 recommend this team!

Not a great experience. I received a rushed call instead of a video visit, and the phone call came earlier than the video visit that I was promised/scheduled for. This was a brief phone call, less than the bare minimum and unsure how anyone could bill any insurance or hospital for a follow up visit based on what I experienced. Super disappointed following a major surgery when I could have benefited from a check in.

Very a good experience when I got released from the hospital and they followed up with me. Very convenient for those who have to work during the day because they can do telehealth!
