Community Healthcare Network Pharmacy – Jamaica

I used to go to the location in Brooklyn which is more professional.. I wasn’t a fan of Grace Chow as she came through as being condescending, and asked too many questions in regards to my work life (I work from home) but it gave her trying to invalidate me in some way, and it’s not necessary of her to ask those questions. She also kept insisting that I must be depressed or something because she said “are you sure, because that yeah felt a little off” basically thinking she heard it in my voice??? Which is very unprofessional because I was and still am completely fine. I gained 15 pounds since my last visit at the Brooklyn location which was more than several months ago and she kept on bringing that up and asking if I wanted to see a nutritionist and said anxiety can cause weight gain, I n

To Dr. Grace chow and co worker Ana Asto just want to say thank you guys for keeping me alive for the pass 20 years after first visit you with my health issues. Y'all gave me the best medication, best advice, reffer me to the best people ever when I was going through hard times. From the moment you enter the facility, the people at the counter receiving patients are bitter, impatient, rude and ill-mannered, especially the staff on the second floor. Even though they speak English and Spanish, they do not know how to treat people.

Es una buena clínica lo que nome gusta es que las personas que trabajan en el centro médico es que ablan español y nolo quieren ablar con uno porque dicen que no tienen permitido y eso si me parece muy mal de parte del centro por que somos más las personas latino americanos que de otros países y eso me parece muy racista tienen que cambiar la forma de tratar con respeto alos hispanos
