Community Health Northwest Florida Pediatric Dental Care at Cantonment

Worst place they don't take the patients privacy serious. There's a lady who checks you in for the dentist who is rude and condescending. She uses passive aggressive attitude. Very rude with her tone and facial expressions regularly calling u lair without calling u a liar. I expect more from a professional. The kiosk that your asked to check in with is alarming. No privacy everyone can see your personal information. Everything is unsanitary. The 1 sanitizer is broken but full which is stationed at the kiosk. Beware.

Canceled out foster kids (now adopted kids) appointments 5 times. Haven't been able to get in to dental for over a year now And the receptionist can't seem to get off her phone long enough to even answer her phone. I have to call the medical side and ask them to get her on the phone. She is unprofessional and rude. I seriously don't see how she even has a job anymore.
