The most unprofessional stuff that I have ever seen they just try to pass your call and transfer your call to a department which is never answer

I waited 2 months for a 12pm telehealth appointment. Called in 20 minutes prior to the appointment to let them know I was ready and prepared for the call. The operator said they would send a message over. I waited until 2pm, called again.. The operator sent over another message to the provider. I called the next day and was told the physician was not in yesterday and the office advised the operator to reschedule with me. No one could call and notify the patient?
