Absolutely awful experience. They say “Save Your Spot”, for no reason. I had an appointment at 1:30 and arrived 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment. I was in the waiting from with an appointment for an hour+. Then I get taken back, the lady gets my temperature etc. says someone will be in soon. I wait another 25 minutes for someone to come in the room. I am already annoyed, I am sick and I cannot take a deep breath. I go out to ask when someone will be in my room, the lady proceeds to tell me that there is an 1.5 wait I said I had an appointment and have been here for almost 2 hours? Then the other ladies tell me to be sure I fill out a survey or I can go the ER. I absolutely will fill out a survey. Wait in my room, doctor comes in 10 minutes later tells me I can go to the ER if I don’t l

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care! I'll be honest, the check in situation was kind of a pain when the link is text to your phone because I had 0 service there, so checking in was a little difficult but the front desk staff were super helpful so it ended up working out alright. This was my third visit with my son (including an ER trip) in just a handful of days and the PA was the first person to take me series and the first person that was able to give me a solution that ultimately worked and had him feeling better almost immediately. I am super grateful for her and the rest of the staff for being so understanding and kind to my young children. I waited over an hour to be seen with an appointment. The staff was very nice that’s why the 2 stars. There should be a triage implemented to ensure no one is having an unseen emergency such as cardiac symptoms. As should be known cardiac symptoms do not always equal to a collapse. At the minimum have one of selections on the check- in to relate to cardiac symptoms in order for the person to be seen quickly. I chose not to use my referral here due to my experience. Again staff was wonderful but the process currently in place is not sufficient.

Cynthia and Nora are absolutely wonderful, they asked all of the right questions and talked to my autistic girlfriend the way she needed them to. My girlfriend was checked in, assessed by both physicians, and a plan was in action in less than 40 minutes. The online check in process was also super nice, and it’s cool to see your name on the TV screen lol. The ladies at reception actually seem like they enjoy being there, which I know can be rare! This was an extremely refreshing experience and will be where we go for all urgently care needs!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Receptionists helped me because I accidentally selected wrong day for appt, was able to help my daughter get a walk in time immediately. Carrie and Amanda both very kind with care.
