I was greeted with a smile upon entering the office. The waiting area was most welcoming and set a relaxing tone for a calm atmosphere. There precautionary measures for covid were excellent and one feels safe. My experience with Dr. Scannell and her staff of assistants was incredible! The professionalism, expertise, caring and most knowledgeable in the field. I was petrified of dentists, however I would refer and recommend Dr.Scannell to anyone. She works with you on payment plans and helps those in need. In my travels this Dentist is incredible with people with compassion and understanding of your needs as a patient! I give this a 5 ☆ on cleanliness a 5☆ on professionalism and a 5 ☆ on caring.

Dr. Scannell is quite exceptional. She has seen me several times to get my teeth cleaned; every visit has been quite exceptional. Hard to find these days, she is thorough, gentle, polite, and really concerned. I have seen my fair share of less-than-perfect dental visits elsewhere as a senior person, but this practice has been a welcome diversion. You are welcomed and valued from the time you enter. After being traumatized my whole childhood from the dentist (from dental dreams to be specific) i’ve always had terrible expectations from all dentists, especially ones that take mass health. Not only do they take my insurance here, but they are so kind, funny, and make going to the dentist a fun experience. I love Dr. Scannell and she does a great job. I spent so long trying to find a good dentist and I’m glad I’ve finally found a great place!
