Community Dental Center

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this dental clinic. Despite putting a crown on my son's tooth three times, it kept coming off. The staff's behavior was rude, and the overall service was incompatible with our expectations. The reception was also unprofessional. What concerned me most was the lack of explanation about the procedures being performed on my children. Appointments were rushed, lasting only about 10 minutes, without any clear communication about the treatment. Unfortunately, none of my three children received satisfactory care. In fact, my daughter's cavities went undiagnosed, leading to a root canal procedure that could have been avoided with proper detection. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone due to the subpar service and lack of transparenc

I have taken my son to community dental center, cause of his bad toothache on 05/30/2024. After we entered, the receptionist nicely welcomed us without even having appointment, she helped us quickly with the paperwork, and then nurses and dentist have taken my son for Xray and further treatment in just two or three minutes. Over all my son got urgent professional care from all the staff, which we really appreciate that. All professional and kind doctor, nurses and employees. Thank you all,🙏

Very disappointing experience since we didn't even make it inside. Called them to let them know due to traffic I was almost there with 3 small kids, but was at that time 8 minutes late and should be there in 2-3 minutes. Because we were new patients and they insist that their paperwork takes 10-15 minutes per child, they said they would not be able to see ANY OF THEM today. Had they been able to see my oldest who is having gum sensitivity, I would be leaving a review based on what our experience would have been. Instead I drove 35 minutes one way to find out that I won't be doing business with this dentist's office.

I agree with most! My 3 kids have been going here for 10yrs and being 10 mins late caused us to have to reschedule. If they book there appointments that close are they really doing what the need to do at the appointment. Stay away and find a better dentist.

I would give a 0 if I could. My child has fluorosis now. These people shouldn’t have a licenses to practice dentistry.
