Community Clinic Pediatrics - Springdale, AR - Emma Ave Campus

My review is specifically for the Community Clinic Dental Department. I am truly impressed by this amazing and welcoming dental team. Other clinic department need to follow how the dental does it! They create a positive, comforting atmosphere and go above and beyond to make patients and families feel at ease. The diversity within the dental team is also very well represented. One small area for improvement would be the receptionist area. Since many patients arrive feeling anxious, a warm greeting or simple check-in could really help ease nerves. Overall, the dental team sets a great example. If I had one recommendation, it would be to expand the dental facility and improve accessibility, as the stairs can be risky for patients with disabilities.

Dental hygienist Morgan was very delightful and nice she talked very nice things about teeth and was very funny. 😄

5 stars! I always look forward to going to get my teeth cleaned, the staff are very sweet and welcoming. My dental hygienist Morgan always makes great conversation and is nice and thorough. She doesn't poke my gums and is super easy to talk to. If you're looking for an easy, quick, and comfortable dental experience this is the place!

Wow ! I am in caring, intelligent, competent hands. I NEVER feel comfortable in a clinical situation with Drs. And medical staff, but I kid you not, I felt as if a was on the couch at my good friends house chatting and working on a problem we all knew we would find the answer too and fix. I'm so grateful and hopeful and thankful beyond words from check in to check out, outstanding. What an absolute gift to have this team of people caring for me. Dr. Pummill should get an award just for letting me and my plethora of ailments walk through his door yet he was informed, intelligent, down to earth and spoke to me in judgment-free language that I could understand and appreciate. My hat is off and I am grateful. Looking forward to being cared for and about years into my future, my only complaint

I love this clinic with a passion, every time I come here to get my teeth cleaned me and my family are always welcomed by Morgan and the other staff members. I love how well they try and accomplish to make every patient feel comfortable and safe! Thank you community clinic!!!!
