This is a horrible company to be giving care. If i could give them no stars, i would. Some helpers are great, others stole from my mother. The company would then call my mother crazy even though when i would go to see my mother I noticed family heirlooms missing. Toward the end of our relationship with this company, they refused to fill the hours my mother was given. We were lucky for them to send someone for 11 hours out of 25 for the week! When my mother complained, they called her crazy. Helpers would go grocery shopping for my mom and do their own shopping too. They used my mom's debit card to buy their own things. The list goes on and on. Then when my mom wrote the company owner, they dropped her care without notification. This place should not be giving care to anyone. I can only

I posted a poor review earlier today and somehow it was deleted so I am reposting. This company "takes care" of my grandma and aunt, supposed to be 3 hours a day 5 days a week but they've only been receiving 1 sometimes 2 hours, 2-3 days a week.Finally after more than a year they got a permanent worker last Monday. She did not show up Thursday Friday or today. And they have sent no substitute. Not to mention they've had not 1 but 2 of the workers accused of stealing their medication. When most workers show up,they sit and talk or play on their phone the short time they are here. They also try to tell the clients what they will or will not be doing. I don't recommend community care to anyone that needs help because it's hit or miss with the poorly trained workers.

Note: Majority of the people reviewing are employed by Community Care, and NOT their clients - this is not good business ethics. Community Care is terrible. Their management and home care aides are unprofessional, rude, and completely lack compassion. They cancel or change schedules of the home care aides on a daily basis. The home care aides they employ are poorly trained.

The lady that comes to my elderly Aunt's home Monday-Friday sits and does nothing to help my Aunt with her house work or laundry, like changing bedding, sweeping, ect.

I love the people I take care off ..
