Community Care Rx- An LTC Pharmacy

Absolutely INCREDIBLE pharmacy and IV infusion suite. I have my first IV infusion with biotin, vitamin C, and glutathione. It was amazing. The NP, Nicole Moawad was amazing. She is so personable, kind, sweet, and you can tell she genuinely wanted to take care of her clients. Not only were her services 5 stars but the suite is incredible. Clean, organized, and extremely sterile. The environment is so peaceful. I was so relaxed I just wanted to take a nap! The pharmacy is just as amazing, if not better. Everyone is super friendly and kind. The pharmacy is extremely organize. I have never seen a pharmacy not only handle so many prescriptions but also manages the facility very well. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a well-trusted pharmacy or a relaxing IV suite. And definitely as

Didn't care for this pharmacy at all. My Doctor pushed them on me telling me how they'd be much easier to deal with especially when it comes to prior authorization. Doctor said they would call me. I believe they called once while I was driving home from my appointment. I missed the call and they didn't leave a message or call back. I finally got them on the phone after a couple of tries. The meds were delivered to my front door well after 9pm (this was January so it was long past dark). I live alone do not not like opening my front door at night. So I wasn't happy with that. I had 3 prescriptions. All the pills came on cardboard blister sheets. I do not like those for a number of reasons. They're difficult to pop the pills out of them, they create alot of waste and take up to much state. I

most unprofessional and classless pharmacy. they put you on hold only for them to hang up on you. their HR person is useless, why do you have a voicemail if you’re never going to check it? if this is carelessly how they treat people i don’t even want to know how carelessly they act around your medications. i wouldn’t even want to work here

Great place to share your concerns if your lije myself and always ha a lot of questions. The founders of this company have truly created a community that's cares about the people who choose to use their services. This is a complete family oriented, customer Conscious, reliable, very informative, full service and dependable pharmacy with fast and accurate delivery service. I'd definitely recommend them to my family and friend's, after all want to be in an community that cares...

They were nice i give you that. But going in first of all seemed like a SUSPICIOUS place like they just moved or theyre like a medication factory. They also messed up on my medication where it should be 28 days but only gave me 21 days. The refills where im suppose to get three packs of my meds for covering three months and they gave me only one month supply. My gut doesnt tell me its a great pharmacy. Anyways i changed my pharmacy. So theres my review.
