I'm very disappointed with the care that I have received from Dr. Barbara Nguyen. As a person she cares deeply for her patients, but her and her "organization" are ignorant to current studies, standards, and testing around Sjogren's syndrome and Neuro-Sjogren. They do not recognize or accept early sjogrens blood pannel tests as a tool for diagnosis. I understand that you cannot diagnose solely off of one test, but they completely disregard it. There are many directions we could have gone testing wise to follow up on the positive result. But no effort was given. I am very thankful that outside of Community Care I have a couple doctors that are supporting these findings. If not I would be feeling extremely lost and hopeless right now. Do your own research. I recently called Community Care Physicians to inquire about becoming a new patient. This practice was recommended by my primary care provider and is listed by my insurance as accepting new patients. Before asking my doctor to send records and a referral, I wanted to confirm how far out they were scheduling new patients, since the first rheumatologist I was referred to is booking more than ten months in advance. The person who answered the phone was unwilling to provide even a general idea of wait times and became noticeably agitated when I tried to clarify my question. While I can’t speak to the quality of care the physicians provide, my interaction with the scheduling staff left me unwilling to pursue care at this office.

Dr. Jessica Chapman is one of the best doctors I have ever used. She is brilliant and got right to the point with my diagnosis and prescribed the appropriate medication.

I've met with Barbara Nguyen,PA. She is wonderful, she takes the time to explain things so you can understand. Very positive experience! Highly recommend!

Seen Barbara N. She’s a PA like she said she’s been doing this for 8 yrs. What a joke she is. Had a 2:20 appointment didn’t see her until after 3pm. She was ABSOLUTELY no help to me what so ever. I would NOT recommend her to anyone. So I guess I continue to suffer until I find a DOCTOR that will look at my results and listen to me. Wouldn’t send a dog to her. Waste of time.
